E Rail Trans PTY Ltd. We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to analyse and improve product delivery and supply chain processes. You will support efficient route management, invoicing, electronic billing and shipment tracking, while identifying opportunities to improve processes, service levels and overall supply chain performance.

Task & responsibilities Analyse supply chain and product delivery processes to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and performance. Monitor and manage route activity, ensuring shipments are delivered accurately and on time. Coordinate invoicing and electronic billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

Track shipments and proactively investigate delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies. Monitor supply chain data and performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Work closely with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and transport providers to resolve operational issues.

Identify and recommend process improvements that enhance service levels, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency. Prepare reports and provide insights to support supply chain and operational decision-making. Qualification & experience Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, transport, operations, or a related analytical role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and recommend improvements. High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when managing invoicing, shipment and delivery information. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence working with data and reporting systems. Ability to investigate issues, resolve discrepancies, and follow tasks through to completion.
