Job summary

Varsity Midland in Melbourne is seeking an energetic hospitality supervisor to lead the opening leadership team and deliver great guest experiences across food, beverage and entertainment.

You'll oversee shifts, coach your team, maintain service standards and safety, and thrive in a fast-paced weekend and public holiday service within Varsity's expanding Melbourne footprint.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience and knows what a busy service looks like.
• Ability to lead a team and bring good energy to a shift.
• Confident making decisions when the pressure is on.
• Enjoys working with people.
• Available across nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Has an RSA or is willing to obtain one.

About Us

Founded by three mates in 2013, Varsity has grown from your favourite student bar in to an entertainment hub! Serving up tasty burgers, saucy wings and cold beers across 9 venues in Perth, we've now levelled up in to the arcade and bowling sphere!

Now we take over Melbourne, opening our first East Coast venue in Ringwood.

Who we’re looking for:

You might already be a Supervisor, or you might be a hospo gun ready to step into leadership.

Either way, we’re looking for someone who:
