Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is seeking experienced Site Supervisors for a major Perth project on a $700M contract with a leading Tier 1 contractor. An immediate start and ASAP interviews are available for right candidates.

You'll oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress, ensure safety and quality, and maintain site records. Both contract and permanent roles exist with long-term career potential on a busy, high-profile project in Western Australia.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Site Supervisor within commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of construction safety systems and compliance requirements.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing day-to-day site activities.
• Knowledge of quality standards, construction processes and contract requirements.
• Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a large project team.
• Australian Citizenship is required.

Our client is a leading Tier 1 contractor currently delivering a major $700M project in Perth and is seeking experienced Site Supervisors to join their project team.

With an immediate start available and interviews taking place ASAP, this is an excellent opportunity for experienced construction professionals looking to secure a role on a major project.

Both contract or permanent opportunities are available, with approximately 6 months remaining on the current project for contract positions, while permanent opportunities offer access to a strong future pipeline of work.
