Job summary

Downer Group’s Logan Water team seeks a Senior Site Supervisor - Structural to lead major structural works, including reinforced concrete, formwork and steel fixing, within a long-term capital works program.

You will coordinate crews, supervise subcontractors, and work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and Supervisors to drive safe, efficient delivery while mentoring the next generation of site leaders. This role is on-site and hands-on.

Qualifications

• Experience leading structural construction projects within water, wastewater or major civil infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead site supervisors and subcontractors on multi-front projects.
• Commitment to safety, quality and meeting scheduling milestones.
• Ability to build relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural construction works from planning through to completion.
• Manage site supervisors, subcontractors and multiple work fronts.
• Drive quality, safety and environmental outcomes across projects.
• Support construction planning, methodologies and project scheduling.
• Build capability within your teams through coaching and mentorship.
• Maintain relationships with project stakeholders and delivery partners.
• Champion continuous improvement and consistency across the program.
