We're seeking two motivated and hands-on Parks Supervisors to lead the delivery of maintenance programs across Council's parks, reserves, sports fields and public open spaces. One position will be based in Hervey Bay and one in Maryborough.
Working closely with operational teams, you will coordinate daily activities, lead and support staff, and ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. This is an opportunity to take ownership of work programs that directly contribute to the presentation, functionality and enjoyment of some of the Fraser Coast's most valued community spaces. You will also bring experience using digital works management systems and reporting tools to support planning, monitoring and service delivery outcomes.
