Job summary

BHP is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator in Queensland to oversee diverse, multi-skilled teams delivering preventive and general maintenance within Operations Services. You will coordinate BOS routines, ensuring safe, efficient outcomes and continuous improvements across sites.

Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will champion safety, coach and develop team members, and drive quality-focused results in a high-demand mining environment in Queensland.

Qualifications

• Australian recognised trade certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Experience supervising and leading teams is essential.
• Strong focus on quality and results delivery.
• Good computer literacy and general IT knowledge.
• Ability to inspire and develop team members.
• Safety-first mindset with engagement from safety leaders.
• Keen to learn and improve.

Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent you will be responsible for coordinating diverse and multi skilled teams in executing preventive and generalist maintenance. You will be actively involved in BOS routines to deliver effective outcomes and improvements.
