Job summary

Civmec is seeking a Logistics Supervisor for the Eneabba Project in Western Australia. You will coordinate safe and efficient movement of materials, equipment and assets, reporting to the Superintendent, with FIFO travel and site bus transport provided.

The role requires 5+ years in logistics or supply chain supervision in mining or resources, knowledge of transport compliance, contractor management, and strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Current Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor Qualification and passing the DMIRS Statutory Supervisor Examination.
• Certificate IV in Frontline Management (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a logistics, transport or supply chain supervisory role in mining, construction or resources.
• Strong knowledge of transport compliance, contractor management, heavy haulage and industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and commitment to safety and environmental standards.

• Manage transport providers and suppliers, ensuring compliance with contractual, legal and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain accurate logistics records, reporting and asset movement tracking.
• Promote and uphold a strong safety culture across all logistics and transport activities.

Join our Eneabba Project team as a Logistics Supervisor on a 2:1 roster. Reporting to the Superintendent, you'll coordinate the safe and efficient movement of materials, equipment and project assets, ensuring logistics operations support successful project delivery.
Working closely with suppliers, transport providers and project teams, you'll play a key role in keeping the project moving. FIFO travel and site bus transport are provided.

The Role

About You

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
