Job summary

Civmec is seeking an experienced Superintendent Piping to join the Eneabba Project in Western Australia. You will lead piping construction activities, directing Supervisors, trades and subcontractors to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes on schedule and within budget.

The role requires a recognised Australian trade qualification with White/Blue Card and a C Class Licence, plus 10+ years in senior construction leadership roles within mining, energy, or heavy industry.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification with White/Blue Card and C Class Driver's Licence.
• 10 years' experience in a Superintendent or senior construction leadership role in mining, energy, oil & gas, or heavy industrial projects.
• Proven leadership managing large multidisciplinary teams, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of project execution, planning, resource management, cost control and project delivery.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and commercial acumen.

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent Piping to join our team on the Eneabba Project in Western Australia. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead piping construction activities on a key project, working alongside an experienced leadership team to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes.
As Superintendent Piping, you will provide direction to Supervisors, trades and subcontractors while ensuring construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, on schedule and within budget.

The Role

About You

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

• Minimum 10 years' experience in a Superintendent or senior construction leadership role within mining, energy, oil & gas, or heavy industrial projects.
• Proven leadership experience managing large multidisciplinary teams, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of project execution, planning, resource management, cost control and project delivery.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and commercial acumen.
• Experience delivering major brownfield and greenfield projects, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite highly regarded.
