Job summary

Civmec Construction & Engineering Pty Ltd in Western Australia seeks an experienced Superintendent Piping to lead piping construction on the Eneabba Project. You will direct Supervisors, trades and subcontractors to safely achieve milestones while delivering quality outcomes, within schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• Recognised Australian Trade Qualification with White/Blue Card and C Class Driver's Licence.
• Minimum 10 years' experience as Superintendent or senior construction leader in mining, energy, oil & gas, or heavy industrial projects.
• Proven leadership managing large multidisciplinary teams, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of project execution, planning, resource management, cost control and delivery.
• Excellent communication and commercial acumen; experience with brownfield/greenfield projects and MS Office proficiency.

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent Piping to join our team on the Eneabba Project in Western Australia. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead piping construction activities on a key project, working alongside an experienced leadership team to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes.
As Superintendent Piping, you will provide direction to Supervisors, trades and subcontractors while ensuring construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, on schedule and within budget.

The Role

• Lead all piping construction and installation activities to safely achieve project objectives.
• Manage Supervisors, crews and subcontractors to deliver project milestones on schedule.
• Drive a strong safety culture through visible leadership, compliance and workforce engagement.
• Oversee project performance including productivity, quality, resource planning and scheduling.
• Monitor project costs, forecasting, risks and reporting to support successful project delivery.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships while ensuring compliance with contractual and quality requirements.

About You

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

• Recognised Australian Trade Qualification with current White/Blue Card and C Class Driver's Licence.

• Proven leadership experience managing large multidisciplinary teams, supervisors and subcontractors.
