Job summary

Civmec Construction & Engineering Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor for the BHP Bucket Wheel Reclaimer Upgrade project, delivering critical work at a major mine. You will manage logistics, stores, and supply chain functions, supporting site operations with a strong safety focus.

Key requirements include prior leadership of logistics or warehouse teams, stock control expertise, and MS Office proficiency.

The Role

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

• Experience in logistics, stores, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• Previous experience leading a logistics or warehouse team.
• Strong understanding of stock control and inventory management.
• Experience coordinating deliveries, freight, and transport schedules.
• Well organised with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
• Competent with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Current Driver's Licence.
• White Card.

About You

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

• S26 Certification - Mandatory
• 2:1 Roster from Perth to Port Hedland
• Previous experience on mining, construction, or shutdown projects.
• Experience managing laydown yards, site logistics, and material movements.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier coordination.
