Job summary

Darling Downs Health is seeking a proactive Supervisor Hygiene Services to lead hygiene operations across a hospital facility. You will support team performance, drive high standards, and ensure safe, clean environments for patients, visitors and staff.

In this role you’ll coordinate rostering, staff development and day-to-day operations while fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement and respect. Strong communication and digital rostering skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising operational, cleaning, facilities or support service teams.
• Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence using digital systems for rostering, administration and workforce coordination.
• A commitment to workplace safety, quality service delivery and continuous improvement.
• Experience training frontline teams and improving service quality is a plus.
