Job summary

Darling Downs Health is seeking a strategic leader to shape and deliver training programs that prepare our workforce for major transformations. You will guide a multidisciplinary team, mentor colleagues, and build strong partnerships to align training with implementation activities across the health service.

As a senior practitioner, you’ll drive learning experiences that strengthen workforce capability, support service excellence and leave a lasting positive impact on communities.

Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance priorities, timelines and risks.

You'll help shape how our workforce prepares for major change, ensuring teams have the knowledge, confidence and tools they need to deliver great outcomes for patients and communities. From leading training strategies for complex projects to partnering with leaders across the health service, your contributions will have a lasting impact.
