Job summary

Darling Downs Health in Toowoomba is seeking a Supervisor Hygiene Services to lead a team delivering safe, clean and welcoming healthcare environments. You will coach staff, manage rostering and day-to-day operations, drive continuous improvement and uphold high safety and quality standards to support patients, visitors and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising operational, cleaning, facilities or support service teams.
• Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.

• Training and developing frontline teams or improving service quality and processes is a plus.
