Job summary

Darling Downs Health is seeking a strategic Health Training Lead to design and deliver large-scale training programs supporting major health initiatives across Toowoomba. You’ll influence workforce capability and guide high-performing teams through service, digital and infrastructure transformations.

You’ll partner with leaders to shape training strategies, ensure readiness and deliver measurable benefits for patients and communities, while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement

Job description

Lead the design and delivery of large-scale training programs that support major health initiatives across Toowoomba.
