Job summary

Darling Downs Health in Toowoomba seeks a Supervisor Hygiene Services to lead a dedicated team responsible for safe, clean and welcoming healthcare environments. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff and drive service quality while supporting staff, patients and the community.

You'll coordinate rostering and workforce planning, monitor safety standards and continuous improvement, and partner with other teams to maintain high hygiene and infection-control practices across the facility.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising operational, cleaning, facilities or support service teams.
• Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence using digital systems for rostering, administration and workforce coordination.
• A commitment to workplace safety, quality service delivery and continuous improvement.
• Experience training and developing frontline teams and improving service quality or processes.
