Job summary

Compass Group Pty Limited at Gallipoli Barracks, Enoggera, Brisbane, is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead hospitality operations in a structured environment and coach team members.

This full-time role focuses on front-of-house leadership, food and beverage service, and maintaining high standards of safety, service and presentation.

You will work with the Defence Hospitality team, with opportunities for career progression and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or similar in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and HACCP requirements.
• Ability to organise workloads and manage priorities.
• Professional presentation and positive attitude.
• Current RSA certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Supervisor to join our team at Gallipoli Barracks, Enoggera. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys leading teams, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high operational standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
