About the Role

As a Supervisor Boilermaker, you will be responsible for leading work crews, ensuring safe execution of maintenance activities, and delivering quality outcomes across a range of industrial projects.

Key responsibilities include:

What We're Looking For

• Trade qualification in Engineering Fabrication or Boilermaking
• Previous experience leading crews within heavy industry
• Strong shutdown and maintenance experience
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in high-pressure operational environments
• Current Driver’s Licence
• Relevant site inductions and tickets (desirable)
• Full Australian Working Rights
• Recent Police Clearance
