Job summary

Rossco’s Pizza in Yeppoon is seeking a dynamic Supervisor with Food & Beverage experience who thrives in fast-paced environments. You’ll lead the team across all stations, keep the pace steady, and ensure every customer feels looked after during busy shifts.

You’ll be responsible for dough prep to delivery coordination, training new staff, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 25+ hours per week availability across days, nights and weekends.
• Drivers licence (P1 or greater) required.
• 18+ years old.
• Previous experience leading a team in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train the team across all departments.
• Prepare dough, ingredients and craft high-quality pizzas.
• Ensure orders are cut, boxed and delivered accurately and on time.

Your Role

As a supervisor, you'll be one of the key drivers behind our store's daily success. You'll work across all departments, keeping the pace steady, the standards high & the experience seamless for every customer who walks through the door. From dough prep to delivery coordination, you'll help shape the moments people remember – the great service, fresh food & friendly atmosphere.

• Preparing dough, ingredients & crafting consistently high-quality pizzas
• Cutting, boxing & organising orders with speed & accuracy
