UGL Pty Limited is seeking a supervisor to join the Mt Piper outage in NSW. The role focuses on leading a major unit outage, coordinating crews and resources, and delivering maintenance safely within the schedule.

You will enforce safety procedures, plan tasks, and communicate progress to management. A trade certificate and White Card are required, with strong leadership and results-driven mindset essential.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising teams and field crews.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining safety.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders and crews.

• The role will be responsible for supervising a major outage of a unit at a Power Station, safely delivering planned maintenance within the scheduled timeframe, coordinating crews, contractors, and resources to ensure all work is completed efficiently, in line with schedule, scope, and safety requirements
• Enforce strict adherence to safety procedures, isolations and permit systems
• Supervise crews and contractors, ensure work is completed to scope, quality standards, and schedule
• Plan, prioritise, and sequence tasks to meet shutdown milestones
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to shutdown management and stakeholders
• Coordinate resources, tools, and materials to avoid delays in disruption
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Daily Timesheet keeping
• Conduct toolbox talks
• Work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Comply with safety standards and local regulations

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, materials and processes
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supervising
• Demonstrated experience in managing teams and resources successfully
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with teams and stakeholders
