Job summary

Mirait Technologies Australia is seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations on telecommunications projects across Queensland. The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced, reliable and motivated Supervisor with a proven track record delivering telecommunications projects within a construction environment. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will lead field teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with client expectations.

A motor vehicle will be supplied as a Tool of Trade for business operational use only. Travel throughout Queensland and interstate may be required.

Job Description

The Role:

As Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day site operations, leading field teams and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on time and to a high standard of quality. You will work closely with the Project Manager to coordinate resources, manage site activities and ensure all works comply with safety, quality and contractual requirements..

In this role you will:

Desired Skills and Experience

You:

To be considered for this opportunity you will require:

Considerable experience working in a telecommunication, asset relocation, construction or project environment

Demonstrated experience working across Telstra and Optus networks (preferred)

Experience in the frontline supervision of Contractors and staff

Strong coordination and communication skills

Proactiveness and initiative

Strong safety culture

Relevant Industry Accreditations and general construction induction (White Card)
