Job summary

Mirait Technologies Australia is seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations on telecommunications projects across Queensland. You will lead field teams and subcontractors to deliver works safely, on time and to the required quality, working closely with the Project Manager to coordinate resources and report on progress.

The role requires a strong safety culture, proactive problem-solving, and proven frontline supervision of contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecom/construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead site crews and subcontractors to deliver works safely and to specification.
• Coordinate labour, plant, materials and equipment to meet project deadlines.
• Drive HSEQ compliance and maintain a strong safety culture.
• Monitor quality, resolve site issues and manage project variations.
• Maintain site records, reporting and project documentation.
• Mentor team members and support successful project delivery.
