Job summary

Nova 1069 is seeking new Street Team members to join the Audience Engagement crew in Brisbane. This casual role involves taking Nova’s brand to the streets, assisting with on-site activations and campaigns, and delivering high-energy experiences.

You’ll work on various promotions with a team, maintaining brand standards and using creativity to engage audiences with social media support when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Passion for commercial radio and sound knowledge of the media landscape.
• Social media savvy and ability to follow current trends with a creative eye.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for front-line relationship management.
• Positive work ethic and willingness to get hands dirty.
• Ability to work well in a close-knit team environment.
• Demonstrated MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Deliver promotional campaigns and on-street activations to a high standard.
• Work as part of a team to execute events and campaigns across Brisbane.
• Maintain the look and feel of the Nova/Supernova brand during activations.
• Think on your feet and solve problems quickly during shifts.

Nova 1069 are looking for new Street Team members to join the Audience Engagement crew!

We’re looking for our next Supernova Star to take to the streets of Brisbane and rep our brand. This casual position has no two days the same, where you will be doing several different tasks - this job is the opportunity of a lifetime.

On each shift you will be briefed on a new campaign and will need to work as a team to deliver an event of the highest possible standard - all the while maintaining the look and feel of a ‘Supernova’. This includes a lot of thinking on the spot and being able to problem solve quickly.

You’ll be working in partnership with other well-known companies & brands as part of various promotional campaigns.
