Bravus Mining & Resources is seeking a Superintendent - Site Services to lead workforce logistics at Carmichael Mine. You will oversee flights, accommodation and airfield operations for site personnel, ensuring safety, efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.

The role is based onsite at Carmichael, reports to the Manager Safety, Training and Administration, and collaborates with Operations, Safety and Training, Finance and partners.

Formación

• A tertiary qualification in Business, Management or a related field.
• Current Standard 11, QLD Coal Board Medical and QLD Class C Driver Licence, plus relevant QLD coal mining supervisory and risk management competencies
• Proven experience in contract management
• Strong skills in managing contractor relationships and performance
• Strong analytical and planning skills, with attention to detail
• Experience managing budgets and planning resources 6–12 months ahead
• Clear communication, and the ability to coach others and influence outcomes

• Coach contract supervisors and frontline leaders to succeed in the Carmichael environment
• Find ways to automate and improve processes using lean methods
• Lead safe work practices and a strong safety culture

Bravus is looking for a Superintendent - Site Services to lead workforce logistics at Carmichael Mine. You'll make sure flights, accommodation and airfield operations for our site-based people are safe, efficient and cost-effective.

You'll be based onsite at Carmichael Coal Mine and report to the Manager Safety, Training and Administration. You'll work closely with Operations, Safety and Training, Finance, senior management and our contracting partners. The roster for this position is an 8/6 day shift roster. This position will work back-to-back with our current Superintendent to ensure everyday coverage and support onsite.

Bravus Mining and Resources’ Carmichael mine is an open cut thermal coal mine in the North Galilee Basin, approximately 160 kilometres northwest of the town of Clermont.

Carmichael produces more than 12 million tonnes of thermal coal for the export market each year.
