Aurizon in Gracemere is seeking an experienced rail maintenance leader to drive capability, safety, and delivery of capital renewal and planned maintenance across the Central Queensland Coal Network.
You will lead and develop a multi-skilled team, embed the 'I Know Safe, I Choose Safe' culture, and partner with supervisors to deliver maintenance programs on time and within budget. This role values collaborative leadership and safe outcomes.
