Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a Superintendent or Senior Supervisor in industrial solutions, mining or heavy industry.
• Strong safety leadership and risk management capability.
• Ability to manage multiple work fronts in high-performance environments.
• Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working with Indigenous workforces (highly regarded).
• Exposure to BHP systems and processes (advantageous).
• Current driver's licence and ability to meet site access requirements.

This is a key operational leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple work fronts, supporting Indigenous Supervisors and crews, and ensuring safety, schedule and quality commitments are consistently achieved.

About The Opportunity

Reporting to senior operational leadership, you will provide day-to-day leadership across contracted scopes of work at Olympic Dam. You'll work closely with BHP stakeholders and Intract Supervisors, coordinating labour, plant and materials while driving safety, productivity and continuous improvement.
