Job summary

Incycle Construction is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent to lead our maintenance operations and ensure reliability of critical equipment. The role reports to the General Manager and is based in Perth with regular travel to project sites and Kalgoorlie workshops.

You will provide strong leadership, technical direction, and drive continuous improvement across the maintenance function to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Trade Qualification or relevant tertiary qualification.
• Experience in underground mining mechanical maintenance and installations.
• Current licences and certifications: Manual Driver’s Licence, First Aid & CPR, Working at Heights, ICAM qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Manage repair, maintenance, and reliability of site mechanical equipment.
• Promote safety culture with compliance audits, risk assessments and investigations.
• Recruit, train, coach, and assess maintenance personnel.
• Oversee maintenance administration including reporting, contracts, and inventory.
• Collaborate with operators and stakeholders to improve site performance.
