Job summary

talent focus is seeking a Territory Manager to lead the Sunshine Coast primary care territory in Australia. The role emphasizes relationship-building with healthcare professionals, developing accounts, and driving sales growth across a well-known product portfolio.

It is a hands-on, field-based position offering autonomy to manage your own territory and contribute to business expansion. In this role you will travel across the Sunshine Coast, conduct face-to-face visits, and deliver product

Qualifications

• Experience in territory management, account management or business development.
• Exposure to primary care, healthcare, medical consumables or related industry.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities, develop accounts and win new business.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage a field-based territory independently.
• Current driver’s licence and ability to travel across Sunshine Coast region.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with primary care customers and healthcare professionals.
• Grow existing accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular face-to-face customer visits across the Sunshine Coast.
• Promote a well-established product portfolio and identify opportunities to expand uptake.
• Develop territory plans to achieve sales targets and maximise growth.
• Deliver product education, presentations and ongoing customer support.
• Monitor market activity and identify opportunities to strengthen the business’s position.
