Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain purchasing records, data, and pricing.
• Handle vendor claims for defects, shortages, and missing parts.
• Source and select best purchases for quality, price, terms, delivery and service.
• Manage inventory levels with operations and budgeting.
• Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and contracts.
• Collaborate with production and sales on upcoming products and techniques.
• Prepare production work orders in line with site specs and certifications.
