The Bower Tree in Sippy Downs is seeking a Breakfast Chef or Cook for casual mornings, offering 7am to 1pm, Monday to Wednesday. Join Cafe Rubia @ The Bower Tree and contribute high-quality breakfast and cafe dishes in a fast-paced kitchen.

You'll work alongside a supportive kitchen team in a modern environment, focusing on consistent presentation, food safety, and teamwork to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a qualified Chef or experienced Cook in a busy casual cafe setting.
Passion and a flair for beautiful presentation.
Ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and commitment to consistent quality.
Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently, autonomously and as part of a team.
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook consistently high-quality restaurant breakfast and cafe meals and modern classic favourites using traditional techniques and fresh ingredients.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining excellence in presentation and quality.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace in line with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to innovate and refine menu offerings.
