Tata Consultancy Services Australia is seeking a Technical Consultant-Blue Yonder in Melbourne. You will work with clients to implement BY TMS functionality, define business processes, and configure solutions across Order Management, Load Planning, and Execution modules.

The role involves training content creation, delivery, and rapid resolution of issues within timelines, with opportunities to work on diverse projects and gain global exposure in a leading IT services environment.

Qualifications

• 4–12 years of BY TMS functional experience in implementation, rollout and enhancements.
• Provide functional support to the Solution Architect and project team including BP definition, design, configuration and UAT.
• Good knowledge of Order Management, Load Planning & Allocation, Execution and Financial modules of BY TMS.
• Experience in configuring Optimization Strategies and Parameters.
• Knowledge of BY TMS Mobile App and related modules.

Responsibilities

• Implement, roll out, and enhance BY TMS functionality across projects.
• Support Solution Architect and project teams with business process definition and design reviews.
• Configure product, troubleshoot, and assist in UAT.
• Coordinate training content creation and delivery for TMS processes.
• Resolve critical issues within tight timelines.

Job Title: Technical Consultant-Blue Yonder

Location: Melbourne

Key Responsibilities

• 4 - 12 years of BY TMS (modules mentioned above) functional experience of in implementation, rollout & enhancements
• Provide a functional support to the Solution Architect & project team; including Business process definition, functional solution design, design review, product configuration, troubleshooting, assist in UAT etc.
• Good knowledge of Order Management, Load Planning &Allocation ,Execution and Financial modules of TMS
• Understanding and experience in configuring Optimization Stragies and Paremeters
• Knowledge of BY TMS Mobile App
• Knowledge of BY TP and BY BA Modules
• Knowledge of TMS architecture, key datapoints for Inbound and Outbound Integration with TMS
• Experience of training content preparation on TMS processes & leading/assisting in training delivery
• Proven experience of attending and resolving the critical issues within tight timelines
