Job summary

Stellar Recruitment is seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Recruiting Configuration Specialist to support a large organisation through a focused recruitment systems improvement project in Brisbane.

This hands-on role requires quick assessment of current-state configuration, identification of opportunities for improvement, and delivery of practical enhancements across the SuccessFactors Recruiting environment, in Brisbane's CBD.

Qualifications

• Proven SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting configuration experience.
• Strong understanding of workflows, permissions, business rules and recruitment processes.
• Experience improving or remediating existing SuccessFactors environments.
• Strong testing, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Able to work independently and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and optimise existing SuccessFactors Recruiting configuration.
• Configure workflows, approvals, requisition templates, permissions and candidate communications.
• Support remediation of recruitment process and system gaps.
• Develop configuration documentation, test scripts and support materials.
• Assist with testing, UAT and go-live readiness activities.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition and Technology stakeholders to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
