Job summary

Rm Sitecare in Victoria is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the site delivery of a major substation construction project in rural Victoria. You will manage the programme, cost, quality and safety across electrical, civil and structural scopes.

You will coordinate with clients, stakeholders and subcontractors, oversee field teams, and drive safety excellence while ensuring on-time delivery within an autonomous, well-supported organization.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of project management experience in transmission and distribution or energy infrastructure.
• Strong electrical background with knowledge of civil and structural works.
• Proven EPC contracting experience.
• Substation project experience is highly regarded.
• Ability to work in a rural, site-based environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site-based delivery of substation construction from mobilisation to handover.
• Manage programme, cost, quality and safety across all work fronts.
• Coordinate electrical, civil and structural scopes of work.
• Act as primary point of contact for client and stakeholders.
• Oversee subcontractors and supply chain to ensure progress.
• Identify and resolve risks and issues to avoid delays.
• Support commissioning activities and project close-out.
