Shadforth is seeking experienced Site and Project Engineers to lead delivery on a major $70M residential subdivision project in Queensland. You’ll oversee earthworks, roads, drainage and utilities, coordinating subcontractors and stakeholders while maintaining safety, quality and schedule.

Qualifications

Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven experience delivering residential subdivision and large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
Background in bulk earthworks, services, pavements and road construction.
Ability to manage project performance, subcontractors and client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee project planning, programming and daily delivery activities to meet milestones.
Coordinate subdivision works including earthworks, roads, drainage, utilities and infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with legislation, standards, specifications and quality requirements.
Monitor budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
Manage subcontractors, procurement and project resources to achieve delivery outcomes.
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Drive safety, environmental and quality outcomes across the project.
Mentor site teams and foster a positive project culture.
