Job summary

Shadforth is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale masterplanned community developments in the Ipswich region. You will oversee major civil projects valued at $100M+, driving safety, quality and commercial performance while delivering exceptional client satisfaction.

You will manage cross-functional teams, mentor emerging leaders and collaborate with a senior leadership team to secure a strong project pipeline across South East Queensland.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large civil construction projects (>$100M).
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of major civil infrastructure projects valued at $100M+.
• Manage project teams including PMs, engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Develop and oversee programs, budgets, forecasting and resource planning.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
• Drive commercial outcomes including contract administration, variations, claims and risk management.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule and cost targets are met.
