Job summary

Davies Ross Consulting Pty Ltd – Mascot NSW is seeking a capable Site Manager to deliver a high‑profile 50M commercial office new build in Mascot. You will report to a Site Manager with a General Foreman and Engineers to ensure quality delivery across an 8-level + 2-basement structure.

You should bring a trade background (or a relevant degree) and at least 3 years post-qualification experience in Sydney’s construction market.

Qualifications

• Trade background or degree in delivery for complex builds.
• Experience on new build construction including basements and 3+ storey structures.
• 3+ years post-qualification experience in Sydney construction market.

Responsibilities

• Report to Site Manager & Foreman on quality delivery of the project.
• Lead site activities for a $50M commercial office new build (8 levels + 2 basements).
• Coordinate trade management, materials handling, and EHSQ processes.
• Support progression to Site Manager role through proven performance.
