Job summary

Beca is seeking a Study Lead – Mineral Processing to join our Brisbane team. You will drive metallurgical studies, engage with clients, and lead pursuit activity in the minerals sector, delivering high-impact outcomes.

You'll partner with technical experts, manage bids, and mentor colleagues to grow our service offerings across gold, copper, lead, zinc and nickel projects. Our culture supports flexible arrangements and professional accreditation pathways.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified with experience within the minerals processing industry.
• Strong track record delivering technical studies and building trusted client relationships.
• Experience in consulting and familiarity with Gold, Copper, Lead, Zinc and/or Nickel is valued.

Responsibilities

• Engage with the market to identify opportunities.
• Lead bids, including study methodologies aligned to client needs.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships with deep business understanding.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed teams.
• Mentor and develop team members for capability growth and succession.
