Job summary

La Trobe University is seeking a Study Hub Learning Support Advisor to deliver tailored academic skills, digital literacy, and wellbeing support. The role is based on-site at the Northern Study Hub in Broadmeadows and Epping, working with university and TAFE stakeholders, communities and students to enhance participation and success in higher education.

You will coordinate student engagement activities, foster an inclusive learning environment, and contribute to improving course completion

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in any area with 4+ years in adult learning, student support or higher education.
• Experience delivering high-quality student-centred learning and supporting university transition, engagement, and course completion.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored support in academic skills, digital literacy, tertiary attainment and student wellbeing.
• Coordinate student engagement activities and foster an inclusive study environment at the Northern Study Hub (Broadmeadows and Epping).
• Collaborate with university/TAFE staff, community partners and students to boost participation and success in higher education.
