Bespoke Careers is seeking a high-impact leader for a newly created role at the intersection of project delivery, commercial management, and studio operations in Sydney. As Senior Associate/Associate Director, you will own commercial performance, contract risk, workforce resourcing, and project governance across the portfolio, partnering with Studio Directors and executives to enable design excellence.

You will drive the commercial engine, empower design leaders, and help the practice scale

Qualifications

• Commercial, financial, and analytical capabilities in a design/consultancy environment.
• Experience reviewing client contracts, managing project risk, and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong stakeholder management and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio-wide commercial reporting and forecasting.
• Review client contracts and set up risk management procedures.
• Strengthen project governance and delivery oversight.
• Coordinate resource planning and capacity management.
• Mentor Project Leaders to build internal commercial capability.
