Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Manager or senior project leadership roles within architecture/landscape design sectors.
• Proven ability to manage project financial performance, forecasting and reporting.
• Strong contract management, negotiation and risk management capability.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial oversight across the Sydney studio, monitoring project performance, profitability and financial outcomes.
• Lead project forecasting, reporting and performance analysis to support informed decision-making.
• Review contracts, identify commercial risks and provide guidance to project leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Support tender submissions, fee proposals and commercial negotiations.
• Drive project governance, compliance and risk management processes.
• Partner with Studio Directors and Project Leaders to improve project delivery outcomes.
• Oversee resource planning and workforce forecasting to support sustainable growth.
• Coach and mentor project leaders to improve commercial capability across the studio.
