The Catholic Education Diocese of Wollongong is seeking a part-time, temporary role to support the school’s pastoral care and student wellbeing. The position runs from 28 January 2027 to 26 January 2028 and requires a Certificate IV with mental health and pastoral care competencies.

Key duties include implementing wellbeing programs, coordinating support networks, and collaborating with government services.

Competenze

• Certificate IV qualification with mental health competencies and ability to make referrals, pastoral care experience or experience with youth.

Mansioni

• Improve student wellbeing by delivering small group, evidence-based interventions.
• Identify support networks with staff and local community for students.
• Complete cyberbullying training within three months and refresh every 2.5 years.
• Collaborate with government services and community agencies.
• Support students during transitions and with data collection for wellbeing programs.
• Contribute to PB4L and whole-school pastoral care initiatives.
