Job summary

Department of Education Victoria – Mildura VIC is seeking a Health Wellbeing Support Advisor to support schools in implementing the five elements of the School Guide to Attendance. The role ensures procedures align with department policy and resources and works with the Health Wellbeing Specialist Services Branch to provide wraparound services for student wellbeing.

• Ability to provide sound advice and strategies to support attendance.
• Experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support schools to implement the five elements of the School Guide to Attendance.
• Provide guidance to align school procedures with Department policy and resources.
• Assist in the School Attendance Officer processes as delegated.
• Collaborate with the Health Wellbeing Specialist Services Branch and others to ensure wraparound services for student wellbeing.
