Ampol Limited invites a student from a Chemical Engineering program to join the November 2026 to February 2027 Vacation Program in Brisbane. You will contribute to process engineering projects, gain exposure to refining operations, and learn from industry professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants must be a citizen or permanent resident and currently pursuing a tertiary Chemical Engineering qualification.

Our Summer Vacation Program is designed for students looking to kick-start their career, build valuable skills and learn from industry professionals. Over the course of the program, you'll work on meaningful projects, expand your network, and gain insight into what it's like to work in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

About you

Our ideal candidates are motivated to build technical, analytical and stakeholder engagement skills to drive value across our refining and process safety functions.

• Must be a Citizen / Permanent Resident to be considered for this program
• Be completingTertiary qualification in Engineering (Chemical)

The recruitment process for our student vacation program is as follows:

  • A chance for you to bring your best self and hear from us, you will undertake a tour at our refinery and then do an interview in person or online via Teams.
