Job summary

Superior Training Centre is seeking a confident Sales Executive to drive student recruitment for domestic and international markets. You will talk with prospective students, build relationships with schools and industry partners, and guide applicants through enrolment processes.

You’ll work at the Ingleburn campus, joining a growing RTO that delivers Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry and Engineering pathways. A proactive, energetic approach is valued.

Qualifications

• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in sales, education, student recruitment or customer-facing roles.
• Knowledge of the Australian education sector and student recruitment would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Attract, engage and convert prospective students; build relationships with students, businesses and partners.
• Develop and implement domestic and international student recruitment strategies.
• Speak with prospective students via phone, email, online or in person; advise on courses and pathways.
• Follow up leads and manage enquiries through enrolment; coordinate admissions with internal teams.
• Represent STC at career expos and school visits; deliver presentations to groups.
