Job summary

UniLodge Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive Manager - Student Life & Wellbeing (Residential Life Manager) at UniLodge Park Central, Brisbane. You will design and lead programs that boost wellbeing and community connection, while mentoring Residential Advisors to ensure an outstanding resident experience from arrival to departure.

You will be a people-focused leader with strong communication skills, experience in wellbeing, and the ability to balance priorities in a dynamic student

Qualifications

Experience leading, motivating, and developing high-performing teams.
Strong understanding of wellbeing and mental health literacy.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills to balance priorities during peak periods.

Responsibilities

Oversee design and delivery of programs/events that foster community engagement and wellbeing.
Recruit, train, coach, and motivate Residential Advisors to deliver high-quality support.
Monitor resident welfare and coordinate with university/local services for holistic care.
Build a positive community culture promoting belonging, safety, diversity, and mutual respect.
Maintain effective communication with university departments, contractors, and internal teams.
