UniLodge Park Central is hiring a Manager - Student Life & Wellbeing to lead wellbeing programs and community experiences for residents. Based at Park Central, you will mentor Residential Advisors and shape a welcoming environment from arrival to departure.

You will oversee program design, recruit/train RAs, monitor welfare, promote belonging and safety, and collaborate with university and contractors to deliver outstanding outcomes.

Formación

• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of wellbeing and mental health literacy.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Unlimited working rights in Australia.
• A current National Police Check and Blue Card.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee design, implementation, and improvement of programs and events that foster community engagement, wellbeing, and student success.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate Residential Advisors to deliver high-quality support and uphold community standards.
• Monitor resident welfare, provide guidance and referrals, and liaise with university and local support services for holistic care.
• Build a positive community culture that promotes belonging, safety, diversity, and mutual respect among residents and staff.
• Maintain effective communication and partnerships with university departments, contractors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
