Qualifikationen

• Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing teams.
• Experience with wellbeing awareness and mental health literacy.
• Excellent organisation and time‑management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
• Current National Police Check and Working with Children Check (VIC).

• Lead the design, delivery, and enhancement of wellbeing programs and resident events.
• Recruit, train, coach, and support Residential Advisors to foster a positive culture.
• Monitor resident wellbeing and provide guidance or referrals as needed.
• Foster a safe, inclusive environment that promotes belonging and respect.
• Build relationships with university partners, contractors, and internal stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
