Job summary

Torrens University Australia Limited is seeking a Future Student Communications Coordinator in Sydney to manage hands‑on email campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You’ll code responsive emails, manage journeys and automate communications from enquiry to enrolment.

You will work with Marketing and Technology teams, applying data-driven segmentation and optimization to improve student outcomes and campaign performance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HTML email coding to build responsive templates.
• Experience configuring and administering Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong SQL for segmentation and AMPscript for dynamic content.
• Understanding of marketing automation and customer journeys.
• Ability to analyse campaign performance and optimise campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Build, code, test and deliver emails across future student journeys.
• Operate Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio and Automation Studio.
• Use data extensions and segmentation to target audiences.
• Create automated communications from enquiry to enrolment.
• Troubleshoot rendering issues and optimise campaign performance.
