Job summary

UniSC is seeking an experienced events professional to design and deliver student events across UniSC locations, with a focus on Moreton Bay and Caboolture campuses. You will coordinate activities from planning through to delivery, building strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

You will manage logistics, budgets, risk assessments and evaluations, working in a fast-paced environment to create inclusive, engaging experiences for diverse student communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in event coordination or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Exceptional planning, organisational and time management skills, with ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders and student communities.
• Well-developed written, verbal and digital communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to coordinate staff, volunteers and student ambassadors.
• Excellent budgeting, problem-solving and digital literacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver a diverse range of student events across UniSC locations, focusing on Moreton Bay and Caboolture campuses.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support planning and delivery of events.
