Job summary

Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) is seeking a relationship-focused professional to connect with universities, employers and student communities through events and campaigns in Sydney. You will inspire students and graduates by delivering engaging virtual and face-to-face experiences.

Lead on-campus activities, support CA Student Representatives and the CA Speaker Program, and drive campaigns to grow engagement and future member pipelines.

Qualifications

• Confident relationship builder who enjoys creating great stakeholder experiences.
• Experience in a customer-facing, relationship-focused or early careers environment.
• Clear communication, confident presentation, adaptable to different audiences.
• Organised, proactive and able to balance events, campaigns, reporting and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Inspire students and graduates through virtual and in-person experiences.
• Build strong relationships with universities, employers, educators, student groups and graduates.
• Lead on-campus activity: career fairs, presentations, student society events and industry seminars.
• Support CA Student Representatives and the CA Speaker Program to champion CA ANZ in market.
• Deliver campaigns to grow student engagement, employer relationships and future member pipelines.
