Job summary

Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) is seeking a proactive education professional to lead online delivery for the CA Program. This role focuses on assessment and candidate support rather than live teaching, in a flexible hybrid environment.

You will contribute your expertise to ensure the CA Program and related education offerings meet the highest standards, with opportunities to engage with industry and government bodies.

Qualifications

• CA qualification required.
• Extensive real-world experience as a Chartered Accountant in Public Practice or Commerce.
• Ability to guide and support students with real-world knowledge.
• Strong mentoring skills to help learners succeed.

Responsibilities

• Educate and mentor online learning for the CA Program and other CA ANZ education programs.
• Mark assessments and generate ideas for innovating the learner experience.
• Maintain relationships with CA members, employer and industry groups, universities, and government bodies.
• Contribute to assessment and learning materials aligned to learning outcomes.
• Foster a scholarly culture through research and industry engagement.
